This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect personal information of clients, prospects, counterparties and visitors of our website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is controlled by TheBroker's, acting through its regulated affiliates in Geneva (Switzerland) and Luxembourg, as well as its satellite offices in Zurich, Brussels, Amsterdam and London.
2. Information We Collect
We collect identification data (name, contact details, identity documents), professional information (employer, role, source of wealth), communication records, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and visit logs.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed to (i) onboard and serve clients, (ii) fulfil KYC/AML and other regulatory obligations, (iii) deliver advisory and brokerage services, (iv) maintain records, (v) communicate updates and (vi) comply with applicable laws.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal and regulatory obligations, our legitimate interest in operating an independent advisory practice, and — where applicable — your explicit consent.
5. Data Sharing
Personal data may be shared with affiliated regulated entities, regulators, professional advisors (legal, audit, tax), banking counterparties and service providers bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Transfers
Data may be transferred within Switzerland, the European Economic Area and selected third countries under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
7. Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for the period required by Swiss and EU regulatory obligations — typically 10 years following the end of the relationship.
